Important Attendee Information

Seminar Location

(located between Honda Center and the 57 freeway, north of Katella)

The seminar will start at 9:00am with registration beginning at 8:30am.

Parking

The Learning Center has ample free parking in the rear of the building. There will be signs directing you to parking in the lot.

Seating

Seating is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. Our registration opens at 8:30am the day of the seminar. Our classrooms offer balanced sound and we present our seminars on large bright video screens. Our events are set up “classroom” style so you’ll be comfortable and have lots of workspace.If you have special accommodations for seating please contact us 5 days before the scheduled seminar via email at info@seminarswp.com and we will accommodate your request.

Laptops, Power and Internet Access

We do not provided laptops or computers in our classrooms. You’re welcome (and encouraged!) to bring your own laptop and we wireless internet and power for your laptops in the classroom.

Hosting for Your Own Web Site

If you need and do not  have a WordPress site set up on your server we will set up a temporary account for you to follow along and work in class! Just tell us and we’ll have it ready for you on the day of the seminar. Please note that this is a temporary site for you to work on during the seminar.

Notetaking and Videos

You will be provided with a step-by-step notebook with the techniques and information taught during the class. We want you to enjoy your day of learning with us, not trying to keep up taking notes! We also record the entire seminar and post it online where you have unlimited free access to watch the seminar you attended as many times you would like. This is one of the most popular features for our attendees. We know everyone learns at different speeds and levels, and we try to accommodate all learning styles!

Refreshments

We provide coffee, tea, monster energy drinks and water for all attendees free of charge at our seminars. You are encouraged to bring your own snacks or food but please eat these outside the classroom during breaks.

Access to Our Instructors!

You have full access to our instructors.  Our instructors are available for questions during breaks, lunches and after the seminar. Feel free to ask your questions!

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend this event, you are welcome to send someone in your place, request a credit toward a future seminar or request a refund. Credit requests must be received within 10 business days of the event. Refund requests must be received no later than 6 business days prior to the event.
